It is delightfully presented, tastefully decorated and fully equipped to provide you with a true 'home from home' for your short break, holiday or long term rental.
It provides the perfect location which is a 5 minute level walk to the town centre with a large number of shops, restaurants, pubs and a further 5 minutes to the sea front.
Maple Cottage accommodates four comfortably. It has spacious living/dining area, and two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other has twin beds.

Outside - Front entrance area with a patio which is equipped with seating and a rear terrace with further seating.
Private parking and a garage to the rear of the property and side street parking at the front.
Large Living and Dining Room – extremely spacious and comfortable with a light and airy atmosphere. Television and some board games are available.
Kitchen - fully equipped including a washing machine. The kitchen leads out to the rear patio where you can enjoy your meals or drinks on the terrace.
Main Bedroom – a calm and spacious room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
Second Bedroom – twin single beds fitted with wardrobes and comfortably accomodates two people along with delightful views over the orchard.
Bathroom – well presented with a large and powerful shower unit.
Note: Duvets and pillows are included. Linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost of £20.
